    St. Hanshaugen and Bislett has several nice parks and green areas despite its urban location near the city center. Here you will find Oslo's largest park, St. Hanshaugen Park with fantastic views, great hiking opportunities and lots of life in the summer. Other great parks in the area are Stensparken and Idioten. There are also lots of charming streets in the area, such as the idyllic Telthusbakken, Damstredet and Kjærlighetsstien.

  • Culture, nightlife and shopping

    In this area you have everything you need right outside your doorstep! Here you will find a large selection of both small and large shops, good restaurants and cozy cafes. It is a short distance to central Oslo with concert venues, theaters, bars and nightclubs.

  • Sports and training

    From this area it is a short distance to SiOs gyms Athletica Centrum and Athletica Vulkan. There are also many outdoor training opportunities; in the park at St. Hanshaugen there is Tuftepark, and at Lille Bislett outside Bislett Stadium you will find a football pitch, basket ball court and outdoor exercise equipment.
