Construction projects in Nedre Ullevål 9
We will be constructing additional student apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors of Nedre Ullevål 9. Construction work will start on July 1, 2024, and we expect to be finished by spring 2025.
In July 2024, we will establish a construction site with fencing around Nedre Ullevål 9. Some of the parking spaces will be fenced off and inaccessible during the construction period. Residents with parking permits can still use the remaining available parking spaces near the building. There are parking options at Nedre Ullevål 7.
The basement of Nedre Ullevål 9 will be closed throughout the construction period. Residents will not have access to the laundry room, indoor bicycle storage, and storage areas in the basement while the works are ongoing. Residents of Nedre Ullevål 9 will have access to the laundry room at Nedre Ullevål 7 during the construction period.
Residents of Nedre Ullevål 9 will receive a monthly rent reduction of NOK 200 per unit due to the lack of storage during the construction work.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. There will be noisy works throughout the period.
Car parking
It is possible to rent a car parking space.
Storage
All housing units in the student house have their own storage room in the basement.
Public transport
There are bus stops and tram stops close to the student village.
Post
Mailboxes in Nedre Ullevål 7 are located in the storage room area in the basement. Mailboxes in Nedre Ullevål 9 are located in the staircase towards the basement.
Bicycle parking
Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack outside the student house.
Waste
At Ullevål, you can throw your trash in the garbage shed located outside Nedre Ullevål 7 and 9.

Laundry
The student house's laundry is located in the basement of the building you live in.
The basement of Nedre Ullevål 9 will be closed throughout the construction period. Residents of Nedre Ullevål 9 will have access to the laundry room at Nedre Ullevål 7 during the construction period.
