Studio flat for those who want to live alone. There is a wardrobe and storage unit inside the flat. Otherwise, the residence is unfurnished so that you can furnish it as you like.
The bathroom is simple, with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen has an open and practical layout. The appliances included are stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer.
