Single room
This housing type is suitable for you if you want your own bedroom, but want to share a kitchen and bathroom.
Furniture
The housing is furnished with a wardrobe, bed and desk with chair. The bed is either 90x200 cm or 120x200 cm. It will be random which size the bed will be in your particular residence.
Most residences also have shelves, and some may have some other furniture as well.
It is not permitted to remove or replace the furniture that comes with the housing. If you do not want this furniture, we recommend that you apply for unfurnished housing types instead.
Flatmates
It is random which students you share with. They can come from all over the world, be of all genders and of different ages.
Living with others can be a great way to make new friends and acquaintances. This type of living is suitable for you if you are cooperative and flexible.
Kitchen
These flats have a simple kitchen, with space for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen layout may vary somewhat.
The kitchen is typically in daily use by the person who already lives here. The tenants have a shared responsibility for cleaning. The tenants often agree to share some kitchen and cleaning equipment. It may therefore be best to wait until you move in to see what you need to get yourself.
Appliances
The housing comes with a stove and refrigerator. A dishwasher is not included, and it is not possible to install one either.
Shared bathroom
Here you share the bathroom with your neighbour. The bathroom is simple, with a shower, toilet and sink.
Laundry
You will get access to the common laundry facilities. Read more about laundry and prices here.
It is not possible to install your own washing machine in your residence.
Storage unit
You have your own external storage unit.
