Unfurnished studio flat with loft

This housing type is suitable for you if you want to live with your partner in your own flat.

The housing comes with a closet, but is otherwise unfurnished.

The housing has a simple kitchen. The design and size may vary between units.

You need to get provide your own kitchen equipment, such as pots, plates and cutlery.

The housing comes with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

You have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

You will get access to the common laundry facilities. Read more about laundry and prices here.

It is not possible to install your own washing machine in your residence.

A storage unit is not included.

Completion of exterior renovation

In 2025, we have renovated the exterior of the student house and replaced the windows. During October 2025, we will install new facade glass and a glass roof at the entrance of the student house. We will dismantle the scaffolding and clear the rigging area outside by mid-November 2025.

Working hours and noise

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00-17:00. There will be construction noise throughout the period, and there will be additional noise when we dismantle the scaffolding. The work will also generate dust.

The degree of wear and tear will vary from unit to unit. This means that the standard may be worse or better than the housing in the pictures.

Colours, flooring, fixtures and other things may also vary.

The rent includes electricity/energy, heating, internet, stairwell cleaning, water, and hot water.

Tenants must provide their own router or network cable to connect to the internet.

Please note that the price is adjusted on August 1st each year.

The stated price applies to students who meet the criteria in our Allocation regulations. For other tenants, there will be an additional 20% added to the rent.

When renting student housing through SiO, the Tenancy Act §11-2 on student housing applies. This means you have fewer rights as a tenant, compared to renting other types of housing.

The rental period is fixed-term and will end on a set date. Here you will find guidelines on how to apply for a new tenancy contract later.
