This is a large studio flat for you who want to live alone in a centrally located student house. There is a closet and hallway furniture in all the flats. It is otherwise unfurnished, so you can furnish it exactly as you like.

You get your own bathroom with underfloor heating. The flat has an open kitchen layout with a stove with an induction cooktop and a fridge with a freezer. Dishwasher and washing machine are not included, and there is no plumbing to install them either. However, you will have access to the common laundry room. A storage unit belonging to the flat is located in the basement. It is important that you use the unit that was appointed to your residence.
