Here you live by yourself in your own apartment.

The housing comes with a closet, but is otherwise unfurnished.

The housing has a simple kitchen. The design and size may vary between units.

You need to get provide your own kitchen equipment, such as pots, plates and cutlery.

The housing comes with a stove and refrigerator. A dishwasher is not included, and it is not possible to install one either.

You have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

It is not possible to install your own washing machine in your residence.

You have your own external storage unit.

Noisy construction work is ongoing as part of the renovation of Åsaveien 2.

The project began in February 2025 and is expected to last for approximately 17 months.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00. In some cases, work may take place on Saturdays between 09:00 and 18:00 if needed.

The work will cause noise and dust, and there will be construction traffic in Åsaveien during this period. The work is carried out by AS Realbygg.

The degree of wear and tear will vary from unit to unit. This means that the standard may be worse or better than the housing in the pictures.

Colours, flooring, fixtures and other things may also vary.

The price of the different units of this housing type may vary. The variation can be due to factors such as size, floor, standard, timing of pricing, and more. You will be given an exact rent price when you receive a housing offer.

The rent includes electricity/energy, heating, internet, stairwell cleaning, water, and hot water.

Tenants must provide their own router or network cable to connect to the internet.

Please note that the price is adjusted on August 1st each year.

The stated price applies to students who meet the criteria in our Allocation regulations. For other tenants, there will be an additional 20% added to the rent.

When renting student housing through SiO, the Tenancy Act §11-2 on student housing applies. This means you have fewer rights as a tenant, compared to renting other types of housing.
