This housing type is suitable for you if you want to live with your partner in your own flat.
Furniture
The housing comes with a closet, but is otherwise unfurnished.
Kitchen
The housing has a simple kitchen. The design and size may vary between units.
You need to get provide your own kitchen equipment, such as pots, plates and cutlery.
Appliances
The housing comes with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Private bathroom
You have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Laundry

It is not possible to install your own washing machine in your residence.

When renting student housing through SiO, the Tenancy Act §11-2 on student housing applies. This means you have fewer rights as a tenant, compared to renting other types of housing.
