About Brukthjørnet
You will find Brukthjørnet in Olav M. Troviks vei 62. Go down the ramp from Kiwi and turn left. SiO is concerned with sustainability and facilitating reuse. We know that many people who move into our student accommodations need new furniture, utensils and interior for the home. At the same time, there are many people who move out who do not want to take all their belongings with them. Then it's nice to know that these things can get a new life with someone else.

Tuesday: 14:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 12:00 - 15:00
A shop with free items
Brukthjørnet is not like any other second-hand shop. Everything is for free here!
If you find something you like, you can take it home without paying a penny. These are the type of shops we like, don´t we?
Most of the goods you will find in the shop have been collected from students who have moved out of one of our student residences, but some have also been donated from the neighbourhood or picked up at Oslo's recycling stations.
From Furniture to Board games
We have a wide selection of goods in the store and you can find small furniture, kitchenware, electronics, sports equipment, clothes, books, board games and more. If you have something left at home that you don't need, we will be happy if you hand it in to Brukthjørnet. Brukthjørnet is run by students in collaboration with SiO, and every Tuesday and Saturday they are ready to welcome you, whether you want to deliver something or come by and have a look at what we have.
