Unfurnished single room, private bathroom

This type of room is unfurnished so that you are free to furnish as you like with your own furniture. The room comes with a closet. You have a private bathroom but the kitchen is shared with 3 to 7 other students. It is unfortunately difficult to say beforehand which type of room you will get. All kitchens are equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, dining table and chairs. 

The pictures of the residences are just examples of how the floor plan and appearance might look like in this type of housing. Some of the images are digitally styled to show how the room could look when furnished.

The address above the map is just one of the addresses in this student village. This housing type can be found in Hasleveien 9, 11 and 13.

Definitions of different areas in our tenancy contracts

“Exclusive Area”: The Housing Unit as specified in the tenancy contract.

“Common Leased Area”: Areas shared with other tenants, such as a common kitchen, common bathroom, and possibly a common hallway, shared only with the tenants with whom the kitchen is also shared. Tenants who have both their own kitchen and their own bathroom do not have Common Leased Areas.

“The Housing Unit”: Exclusive Area and, if applicable, Common Leased Area.

If you don’t share areas with other tenants, “The Housing Unit” and “Exclusive Area” are the same.
